Organizational psychology and work place safety

The course deals with the interaction between man-technology-organization (MTO) in the light of organizational psychological aspects of business management, such as organizational culture / safety culture, decision-making, risk and event analysis, leadership. The course also addresses individual factors in relation to safety and safety behaviors.

This course will be given in the second half of the autumn semester, half-time studies.

This course is compulsory for the Master's programme in Personnel, Work, and Organisation, 120 credits, and offered as an elective course, with limited admission, in the International two-year master’s program in psychology, 120 credits.
