Strategies, Benefit and Alignment

In this course we explain the IT-projects in the context of digitization, the overall business organization and common models used in the strategic work of an organization, connected to IT projects.

We also provide some useful tools for selecting and comparing different projects and project ideas. Furthermore, we describe the content of project portfolio management, examine different kinds of IT-projects and their characteristics.

The course is examined as follows:

The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.
Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
