Multilingualism – in Individuals and Societies

This course provides an introduction to the field of research on multilingualism, particularly its fundamental concepts, central areas, and cross-disciplinary breadth.

It addresses psycho- and neurolinguistic, as well as social and sociolinguistic perspectives on multilingualism. The course also engages with current debates on multilingualism in society and in individuals.



Teaching Format

Instruction is given in the form of lectures and seminars. The language of instruction is English.
